Chowrasta is one of the main attractions of Darjeeling. It is located in the heart of the city and you will find people happily sitting on the benches enjoying the sun. The reason for the name Chowrasta, where chow stands for 4 and rasta for street, is that some of the major roads are connected to this street. Busy streets like Nehru Road where you can buy clothes and other things from Emporium and Bhutia shops. Nehru Road and Mall Road are also connected.
